Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using BeautyVest you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree do not use the app.
Description of Service
BeautyVest is a personal savings goal tracking application that helps users plan and save for cosmetic procedures. BeautyVest is a goal tracking tool only. We do not hold, transfer, move, or manage any funds. All savings amounts are manually entered by the user. BeautyVest is not a bank, financial institution, investment advisor, or financial services company.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use BeautyVest.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@beautyvestapp.com.
Subscription and Billing
BeautyVest offers a 7-day free trial for new users. The first 1,000 subscribers are locked in at the founding member rate of $7.99/month for as long as their subscription remains active. Standard pricing of $14.99/month applies after the founding member period closes. All billing is managed through the Apple App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use BeautyVest only for lawful personal purposes. You may not misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of BeautyVest including the name, logo, panther imagery, and app design are owned by BeautyVest and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the app without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
BeautyVest is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law BeautyVest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Privacy
Your use of BeautyVest is governed by our Privacy Policy available at beautyvestapp.com/privacy-policy.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
